Some 3 Stars hotel would not match 1 star Nettuno! Great location walking distance to central station city centre, metro! Obviously no luxury but clean with friendly and very helpful staff! Top budget hotel!

I‘ve just came back home recently and want to write a review about this nice hotel. I start with the location: on the one hand, it is close to the Central Station, that can be easily reached from the airport. And on the other, a little further from all the fuss and closer to the city center, in cozy and quiet streets. There is also a metro nearby and a bunch of good shops (to buy food and for a shopping). Zara, H&M for example aren’t as crowded as in the city center and open earlier in the morning. The guys at the reception are very friendly and are there 24/7. The room is small (exactly as I like for a short trip). Very clean, with everything you need: towels, soap, shampoo. Wooden floor and air conditioning won’t let you freeze in winter :) about negative moment (a little bit): I had to leave the key every time I went out. It was a little uncomfortable. But also because I'm this kind of person who doesn't want to disturb people, even if they work there for that, so I didn't come back often during the day ;) Overall I really recommend this hotel, good value for money! *I was also allowed to leave my bags after I checked out and went for a walk before leaving for the airport. It was really convenient! Thank you it was really a pleasure for me to spend my vacation time in your hotel :)

Shabby and very run down, but in a good location 12 mins walk away from the train station, and the staff were very friendly. It does the job when you need to stay somewhere cheap for a night before going on your way.

The receptionist welcomed us, checked-in super quickly and our room was very clean. Actually, cleaner than I expected. Same thing for the bathroom. The AC worked well, they even leave the instructions so you won’t have any issue. The location is great, you’re right next to the red metro; the stop LIMA and the whole avenue is stores and bars. I recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
