Spent a night here during the Product Management Festival so the location was perfect. Lovely staff, simple but clean and quiet room. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the coffee tasty.

We stayed one night at Neufeld hotel, Zurich. The rate is reasonable enough compared to most hotels in Zurich, and it already included breakfast which was good. The room was good, it has all necessary stuff, yet to keep in mind there was no air-conditioned liked other hotels in Zurich. The hotel location near tram stop which you can easily go to central station and airport as well. The photo below showed the view from our room.

Nice hotel close to the city centre. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a nice balcony with good views. Breakfast is quite good too.

- It was quite close to the city center, you could either take a short bus trip or walk 20-25 minutes there. - Breakfast was great, there were so many delicious choices. They had good tea and beverage selection. Everything was delicious and of good quality. - The staff was helpful and polite. - The room was extremely clean and spacious. - They evet let us use the patio of the restaurant below in the evening. We were extremely pleased with our stay there, they delivered everything they promised, so we didn't have anything to complain about.

I had a great stay here for two nights. The hotel is located close to public transportation, a supermarket and restaurants. A great place to begin exploring Zürich. The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and spacious and the staff were all very helpful and kind. You get a great experience for what you pay. I would definitely stay here another time!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
