The staff goes above and beyond! They were absolutely amazing! The rooms were very nice and clean! I noticed they were renovating some rooms so im sure they will be even better! The breakfast had so many options and they had food for all different pallets! The room service foods were also great! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were invited by a friend to eat at a restaurant at this hotel a few days a go. The lady cooking for us was inexperienced. She overcooked everything. The loster was like rubber, the fish was overcooked, the eggs were burnt - so bad, that there were black bits in it. The only good stuff were two pieces of Sushi per person that another cook brought to the room. I have never had such bad expensive food in Beijing. They should give our friend back her money!!!

Great price for its quality and service. Things I loved : spacious, clean, you can tell it's an old hotel but conditions were kept great. Great service when I asked for help at reception. Their PILLOW is awesome, they have a hard one which I find rare in hotels. Locations wise can't comment because took taxi everywhere. Things I didn't like: nothing much actually, maybe the fact that they turned the heat on and it was really hot, but I know it's central heating so nothing I could do about it.

Wonderful hotel! Extremely large and comfortable rooms, good amenities, delicious breakfast. Very close to metro stop which was convenient for seeing local sights! Within walking distance of McDonalds, shopping mall, several convenience stores, and local restaurants.

Very good place to stay when you are in the city. I do recommend staying here. The staff are nice. Everything is clean. the beds are comfortable. It is old, but nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
