I visited this place around nine months ago in April, and although my memories are a bit hazy, I have fond recollections of my stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that my experience was pleasant from start to finish. The bed and sofa were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were beautifully and well designed, like they actually put some thought into it The location itself was peaceful and quiet, offering a tranquil ambiance and a delightful view. Moreover, the place was family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for travelers with children. Overall, I highly recommend this place based on my positive experience.

This hotel has incredible service and nice location with beautiful view of the Osaka Castle. However, whilst the upkeep is incredible and to a very good standard. It can be known to hear people from other rooms. Id have given 3 stars, but based on all the other stuff such as high service it is 4. It is 2 minutes walk to the station. 2 minutes walk to the Osaka castle including being opposite loads of mini restaurants and coffee places. Opposite a mini mart as well. I really loved this place. I will be back if I'm in Osaka again. Loads of amenities and house keeping daily. The hotel offers the highest class of hotel service in Japan. They offer luggage transfer as well. Tennis court, spa, pool all included. Loads of restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Great location near train station and Osaka Castle. Room is large with great amenities and very quiet. We enjoyed the buffet. Sparkling clean, great job Kawaji for keeping our room so nice! Loved the fridge with free water and kettle for tea. Staff are very nice and polite. Excellent hotel will stay again!

Pros: great service, proximity to Metro station, view from room, space in triple room. Cons: everything in the room was outdated, including the plumbing and furnishings. The sink didn't work properly and was hard to turn off and on. A recessed light bulb kept flashing overhead. The tub drained slow. Parts of the room were not cleaned properly - the closet door was filthy. The beds were hard as a rock. Yes, beds are firm in Japan but this was the hardest of 5 different places we stayed. This location is also not great if you want to be closer to the action in Osaka - this is in a sleepy business park. Overall, I would not stay here again and I do not feel this hotel justifies a 5 star rating.

Do you like time travel? Come to this hotel and in an instance you travel back 35 years in time. For an absolute premium price, find rooms with the oldest, still working Japanese toilet. Find prehistoric worn shower hoses and bath mountings that want you to laugh when you compare it to other hotels. The physical room keys will stun you. Not only is there one per room but also the room number is directly printed on the key. Fantastic if you lose it, so any finder will immediately know which room is free to get some extra valuables. Hotel security at its best. But don’t get turned down now. With the premium price you pay for sure for your room, there are free extra thin walls so ensure you can always hear and feel the movements of your fellow travellers. The whole evening, the whole night. But sleep is overrated if you ask me. 2 and not 1 star for good location, good Wifi and elevators. Also room size is good for Japanese Hotels. Enjoy your stay and always safe travels.
