Favorite hotel to stay if you’re traveling alone, with included breakfast and lounge to relax. Close to the train, has bathroom amenities 👌🏽also close to bars but not noisy in the room which is amazing 🤩 Only downside is there’s no sunlight in the room but if you’re going out it’s not a problem.

Stylish ''business'' hotel conveniently located near Yotsuya Station. The hotel is down a charming and lively side street filled with restaurants, bars and cafes. Inside is modern and sleek with a stylish cafe/lounge in the lobby. Complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day and then free alcohol (wine, beer, highballs) make for relaxing end of the day. Rooms while small are perfect for busy travelers who intend to be out of their room most of the day. Rooms are equipped with TVs, mini-fridges, a small closet for jackets and a decent sized bed. Amenities are suitable for short stay business travelers who probably only need shampoo, but the front desk carries most other important daily necessities. All in all a good choice for short stays and business trips, where people who do not require spacious rooms and constant service.

Fantastic location, very close to Yotsuya station in the middle of Tokyo. Small but very stylish. The room was ‘business hotel’ small, but with everything you need for a good nights sleep. The real gem is he second floor lounge. Complimentary wine, juice, biscuits, and even cup noodle in the evening and simple breakfast options in the morning. The first floor seafood restaurant is excellent, and the whole lane, Shinmichidori, has lots of friendly little pubs and restaurants to chose from. Friendly, non-intrusive staff. A great choice for a short stay, where convenience and economy are more important than a spacious room.

After trying to use the convoluted website and reservation system I gave up and tried calling (Nov 17, 2022 at 13:30) and the staff answering the phone spoke no English and didn’t try to. I tried in my broken Japanese to an English speaker to assist me and the person just handed me over to another person who kept saying no English no English. Correct me if I am wrong here but as a front staff employee of a hotel who deals with international travelers shouldn’t someone speak even the most basic of English to assist guests? I know for a fact the majority of Japanese can understand most basic English words or phrases and in conjunction with Japanese words and phrases be able to communicate enough to assist a guest and yet here we have two employees who would rather get angry and start yelling no English no English even though I’m trying my best to use Japanese like Yoyaku (reservation) and the Japanese for the dates I wanted. Finally the staff just slammed down the phone and hung up. No assistance. I’m looking forward to stopping by the hotel while I’m in Tokyo so I can speak to a manager and address this situation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
