        Good location, good service, good size room but dirty and wooden floor was wornout and black. Don't feel like staying. Not sure the meaning of 4 stars. Bathrooms are renovated and good. Pillow looked yellow, hard not to look at it ..

        We were very disappointed with this hotel. We travel frequently, and have stayed in many different hotels. This hotel doesn't deserve more than two stars: the room was very tight, even when we booked the room the size of 21 square meters. Usually the three star hotel room is a lot more spacious. Also, the room was not clean. In addition, some of the receptionists were not welcoming or friendly, but rather rude. The breakfast was worse than in a two star hotel. The cafeteria staff was rude as well. On our last day we couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water at all. Called reception, the receptionist told us he is not a specialist to fix the problem. Again, this hotel and the service is on the level of a two star hotel not 4,

        Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly! They spoke many languages and were always helpful. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to almost anything. It’s very central. The breakfast buffet was ok. They had the staple items. Cons: I do realize that construction on other buildings is not in control of the hotel, but even with noise cancelling headphones we heard every painful noise at 7 am. The rooms were a bit warm, and we couldn’t really get the AC cooler. Overall, I would say once construction is complete, this would be a good place to stay with a decent price range.

        Great location, very central , city centre and numerous restaurants close by, as is the metro. Nice clean rooms but staff quite reluctant to clean them. We were there for 3 days and on 2nd day asked for cleaning, not done, in the end just accepted clean towels. Also no shower gel and shampoo in dispensers. Most staff very helpful and friendly. One staff member, on reception, name Ali, very abrupt and not welcoming. On the flip side one staff, works during breakfast, name Malika, very friendly, smiley and attentative . Overall, I would reccomend and return.
