We had an absolutely amazing time at HOTEL NIGHTINGALE. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

This is the Perfect Hotel in Lakeside!!! I got to know about this hotel through my Pokhreli Colleagues and I thank them for recommending this to me. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel,the ambience was so nice and the prices of the rooms and foods are also affordable. I must say the best part of this hotel is the friendly staff and the service. Hotel Nightingale also offers packages for different treks in Pokhara. That's why, It is a must stay hotel when you come to Pokhara.

If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel, this place could be the best option for you. This hotel is situated near to the Phewa lake. Near means near, 2-3 minutes walking distance. I want to give a special shout-out to the owner of the hotel. He is a very gentle, humble, and well mannered person. Also they have a cozy environment and delicious food. I have had the best breakfast there during my Nepal tour.

Good hospitality. East or west nightingale is best. No matter what the view is the one that matter is the person who is behind the service and the one who give service is nightingale. Of course, the best blessings for my birthday too. No matter how chicken smells the barbeque to my heart still bliss. Thanks for you warm welcome and hospality. Again thank you nightingale ❤️

Great location for a hotel, very quiet during the night. The person at the reception was extremely helpful and helped us get (good seats) on a bus to Chitwan. AC worked great and the shower was hot! Would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
