Good service, staff were professional and speak good english too. Clean rooms and facilities. Location wise, near Tokyo station, easy access to most of the places and quiet too. Considered spacious for its rooms.

Stayed at Hotel Nohonbashi Saibo for a total of 7 nights. 1 night in standard single, 6 nights in comfort single. Room is decently clean, the facilities in the room is complete and have everything needed. The standard single is indeed small but sufficient for a single traveller to rest. The bed in comfort single is larger and more spacious. Perfect for those who want a larger bed. Hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out is smooth. When I changed room, they helped to deliver my luggage to my new room. Location is about 15~20 minutes walk from Tokyo station. 5 minutes walk from Ningyocho station (Asakusa Metro Line). Room is Tokyo sized and yes the walls are thin as mentioned by other reviews. However it's Tokyo and it's understandable. Despite I can hear doors opening and closing at night, it didn't affect my rest that much. Hotel provides a wide range of amenities as mentioned. These are very handy. Overall, it's a great experience to stay at this hotel. Given the time (New year peak period), location (Decently close to Tokyo station and very close to Ningyocho metro station), I will the price is reasonable and I enjoyed my stay.

Great value for money hotel in the middle of Tokyo. Location is right smack in the middle of various metro stations, very convenient if you are ok with walking short distances (300-750m). Exceptional service by the hotel staff too.

Room was a good size for solo travelling and very comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The location is very convenient with two metro lines nearby that give good access to the airports, but getting to and from Tokyo station is a bit awkward. There are a few convenience stores nearby but not many restaurants.

This is a great hotel - service was very accomodating and friendly and you can tell there is a lot of pride and satisfaction in what they provide. I wanted to thank them as well for helping me sort out some paperwork - they went above and beyond. Rooms are clean and amenities bar appreciated. I would be happy to return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
