This is a really top quality hotel, showcasing style, service quality and top drawer cuisine. The ambience and style immediately will trigger your expectation for a relaxing and comfortable stay, even if you are facing a demanding itinery. Most importantly, from your time of arrival, you will quickly learn to appreciate the attentiveness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. In this respect, my experience here is something I will not forget. Then there is the dining experience. There are several places to eat here. I enjoyed the traditional style Japanese breakfast on the second floor, served in traditional style, with great elegance, and a variety of tasty servings. A more conventional buffet is available on the first floor, although this includes some of the tasty Japanese preferences. If you have time, enjoy both. Lastly, the rooms are very comfortable and stylish, covering all the usual needs you could expect. Three extra features stand out. The curtains can black out the room, turning daylight into night - so you can enjoy the comfortable bed 24/7. The shower is excellent and spacious. And then there is the Japanese toilet.......

Loved the bathroom and size of fridge in room. Only drawback were the sheets that broke my legs out. The pillows they use aren’t the type to get a good night sleep to me. Memory foam gets hard and not good for people with brain conditions. (Diagnosed last year). Food wasn’t really warm, except things like bacon (not fully cooked, same for scrambled eggs)

the hotel facilities are very good. service and price are excellent. very close to the temples and metro. you can walk to the malls and Nishiki Market in 5 min walking 3 breakfast room first floor European breakfast, opened at 06:30 second floor Japanese open at 7:00 third floor European breakfast, opened at 07:00. the European breakfast very poor and disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
