        Ridge Vineyards had their annual Christmas holiday party here and the banquet facilities were very nice. The room we stayed in was top-notch and had all the amenities you can think of. In the morning I went to go check out the gym and it was astounding along with the pool facilities. I wish I remembered to bring a suit to go swimming. The gym has every device and apparatus you could possibly need; it even had a reformer platform. I am looking forward to coming here again next year.

        We had initially booked a hotel but were not happy with our stay there. That's why we decided to move to the Nikko Hotel - and it was definitely the right decision. We explained our problem to management on site and received an impressive upgrade. We are very grateful to them for that! The suites were simply great, spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and were well rested for our long flight back. We will come back in any case. A big thank you to the reception staff!

        Nice hotel with excellent service and nice rooms. Beds are comfortable, desk and chair are pretty good quality, room size is pretty good for a downtown hotel, everything was clean. I was here for work travel and didn't choose the hotel, so I was surprised to learn it was a dog friendly hotel -- my only complaint is that I had a yappy neighbor, but I feel like that's something you've gotta accept if you're staying somewhere that accepts dogs. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

        Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The hotel is very clean and they take the necessary precautions to make their guests feel safe. It is located in an area that is very close to multiple dining options and there is a CVS one block over. Macy's and other shopping is just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

        Exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Union Square right up against the Loin. Service was great, friendly staff all around. Pleasant on the phone and very cordial in person. Stayed in a pet friendly room and the pet accommodations were great, made me feel like I could enjoy the stay with my dog and not like I was being a burden. Dog run was perfect for the short stay. Was able to take my dog everywhere (except the pool, gym, and locker room obviously). Great pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, weight room, exercise machines, and locker room. Only complaint was there was no spinner to dry your swim suit nor plastic bags for your wet clothes, but that's just me wanting more. Food was decent, probably could be a little better for the price.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
