This hotel was a lot of fun. The room was the biggest we have had in Japan to date. It was very clean and I love the shower. The back of the door does have a little ninja on it that has scared me once or twice. I have loved the experience here and would defiantly recommend it. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station but it is worth it. It even has a little garden out back which is beautiful.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Fast check-in. Really good staff. Indoors they have a drinks vending machine and a sitting area where you can borrow books in English or Japanese. There is also a garden with a couple of tables. The room is clean and relatively spacious. The rooms and the hotel have a ninja theme, which is definitely fitting. In the area, there are a few convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants, and the hotel is close to Imperial Palace. The metro is about an 8-minute walk away, which is reasonable. Also, this hotel is in a residential area, so you get a chance to experience how it is to live outside of tourist areas. Recommended.

Very comfortable bed. Stylish decor. Quiet and very clean. Modern and minimalist whilst providing all necessary amenities and enough space for comfort. Great location to visit the old Imperial Palace and Park. Value price for a King room. Receptionists very helpful. Quirky details throughout the hotel gives it some character of its own.

Come for the cool Ninja themes, stay for the comfortable beds and super clean rooms! This is a non smoking hotel so no risk of stale smoke smells like you can get elsewhere. We would recommend!

The hotel is really amazing, The staff is very nice and friendly and always willing to help you. I really enjoyed my staying and I'm totally satisfied. I highly recommend and if I visit Kyoto again, definitely I'll stay here again!! :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
