Very bad Japan hotel. Too noise in floor 6 and dirt and close wall in room, can not sleep at night. The second day morning, The duty manager promised to change another quiet and clear room. I bring everythings into lubbages and keep in front desk. When I come Back, they told the room are full again, I need stay at same room with too noise,no power plugs near table,close wall....Want to claim with their managers or boss, but, the front assistant no care and not give number. And can not cancel hotel and return deposit money. Oh, my god. More headache 3 night.

Small hotel with a light complimentary breakfast. Staff is extremely nice with quick service. Good for tourists because the front desk people speak at least some English. Rooms are modest with great bathrooms

Very nice hotel for a couple of days. The decoration is kind for japan inspired. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and its located in a very centric place, near an important avenue and some subway stations and bus stops.

too much noise from the street. We hear constanlty the buses and cars, ,day and night. During the day it's just not possible to talk to someone in the room. To be avoided if you cannot have a room on the quiet side of the building. The rest is fine.

The hotel structure is ok, but the breakfast starts too late, at the same time the city tours usually starts, leaving just a few minutes, if so, to have a decent meal.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
