Safety was ok, walking at any direction at any time of the day. Walkability Subway station is one block away and there is A LOT of all type of restaurants all over around. There is A LOT OF NOICE AT NIGHT very late. I won’t stay there never again, you could hardly sleep. The room smell awful and it is even worse if you leave the bathroom open! It smells like sewer, HORRIBLE! It was just clean enough, although the administration service was awful! We requested an extra pillow and seemed we were begging for them. It took us three days to get them. The worse was when I was taking a shower and in the middle of that, the hotel run out of water! My husband got me half of a bucket and the water was so dirty! I waited 40 min. without any help with soap all over my body and shampoo on my hair. A day before our last stay they wanted us to leave! My husband tried to talk to them in English/Spanish and they kept telling him not to understand and to leave. I speak Spanish and I was so mad how they treated my husband. Even if they didn't understand, it was just common sense to look at the dates. There were also ants crawling from the sink and climbing on towels and blanket. The bed is really hard and pillows are not comfortable. You only get to shower towels, no hand towels! We stood there 16 awful days! We tried to cancel at the second and get our money back and they refuse to do it. They ignore the calls from booking app center, and kept hanging up saying NO English! August 2023

Room was very clean to my arrival. Very spacious, perfect location, good looking with a great restaurant. Among the affordable hotels I would say, this is very well worth it. Is just way too noice at night. Shower head needs to be replaced…come on guys!, a shower head is not that expensive. VERY VERY NOICY AT NIGHT, I won’t stay there NEVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. YOU HAVE BEING WARNED.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
