        I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have spacious, clean and decent rooms close to the tourist spots of Rome. Very close to everything even supermarkets, bars and the city center. Staff are accommodating and they serve good breakfast between 7:00AM-11:00AM. Family and friends are comfortable here.

        I would like to mention that before writing this review, I expressly tried to clarify everything with the accommodation first. However, after being ignored for days, not being offered a refund and allegedly trying to reach the management with my complaint for over a week now, I've had enough and will make this review public. The hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in and I can only advise anyone not to stay there, even if it is only for a short time. We booked two rooms there as a family and I was responsible for the reservation, which makes me even angrier. What was the problem? We had rooms 102 and 103, apparently the worst you can get in that hotel. The rooms were dirty and run down. The furniture was dusty, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived, the bed linen had large orange-red stains (!!!), there was a long, black hair in a fresh towel and there were several insects on the walls that had apparently been killed with shoes. The worst were the bathrooms and here it must be emphasized that the hotel staff themselves admitted that they already knew about the problem!!! So, we were knowingly given rooms where it was clear that there were problems with the plumbing in both. In one bathroom, the drain in both the washbasin and the shower did not work. So, if you showered in the cabin, you could also use it as a bath afterwards. Therefore, 4 of us brushed our teeth in one bathroom. There was a rain shower and a hand shower in both rooms, but the rain shower in one room was too calcified and didn't work. The hand shower was also calcified and produced about 4 jets - hair washing impossible so watch out! In the pipes in one room, the water shot in all directions as soon as the hand shower was activated. In both rooms the toilet seats were loose, in one the screws were simply missing?! In one bathroom the strip was broken and hanging from the wall and in the bedroom the same thing happened to the strip on the floor?! Who looks at these rooms and thinks "Yes, we can give them away like this?". In one room the electricity generator was extremely loud and buzzed the whole time the room card was inserted. The bathroom could not be locked. Room service took 5 minutes every day just to make the bed and adjust the towels. No wonder it looks like this. Of course, we complained about all this as soon as we arrived, because who wants to sleep in red-stained bed linen? By the way, we were allowed to change them ourselves. We were then offered a new room, which we inspected, but it also looked similarly filthy and there was a problem with the water pipes, so nothing would have been better. We also asked to speak to the manager of the hotel, but he was supposedly unavailable during our stay. No one from the management has been available since we left either, which is rather dubious. It's just sad how you are treated here, and the room is deliberately left in a poor condition. Simply ignoring us afterwards and blaming us because we were offered another room is not the solution either.

        Pretty average hotel. The staff was pretty friendly. My two major call outs are: the beds: It's not really a queen style bed, but rather 2 small single beds put together. So when you lay on the mattress, you have a huge gap in between the two mattresses. If you're used to sleeping in different positions or are used to a larger space, you will find sleeping on this bed quite uncomfortable. The other thing is the parking arrangement. We drove around a few times because we had a hard time understanding how to get to the entrance by car since the hotel entrance is located on quite a busy street. The ourside looks like a condo. When we finally understood we managed to get into what looked to be a drop off area. We got stuck for a few minutes as a small garbage truck was in the space to pick up the garbage, we then realized that it is actually not an accessible area by car. We left the car there for a moment just to go in and ask for more info and it turns out that they do have a parking space but it's somewhere else. It's not too far off but It was a little disappointing as we specifically selected this one hotel because it mentioned parking on premise. And also that was why we were having such a hard time finding the entrance since we were not just looking for stairs with a gate but an actual space to go in with the car. If you've been in Rome, finding a hotel with parking space is not an obvious thing. We needed easy access to the car because we were on a very early flight in the morning and we wanted to make sure we were able to handle the many suitcases comfortably, especially if it rained, which it did. The bathrooms also need a little touch up. The shower head didn't really work properly so it was a little uncomfortable to shower and the water went everywhere. The location is quite good. I would definitely recommend leaving the car in the parking area and going round by public transit if you're not comfortable with driving in the city.

        Be aware that if you need to change dates they will not change dates or hive you any refund on your room! They have no business ethics at all! I would not recommend this property at all!

        Room is just a place to sleep in. Breakfast is above the norm so this definately stands out. Hotel is 15min walk from the Metro
