The concierge was amazing, the people working in the hotel were so friendly and courteous. This is a world class hotel, equal to the best anywhere. It’s safe for international travellers and located on a busy street with lots of international brands.

The hotel is not bad if you are really looking for comfort and peace. In this hotel I have many visits and pleasant and special memories for years. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed by the United States Army with a dog trained on duty for a health condition (Certified Service Dog). They no longer allow me to stay because they don't offer those accommodations. The MX legislature approved these service dogs by unanimous decision (they give a medical service and have the same rights as a human because of their training). The excuse they gave me is that they don't have the infrastructure. That's not an excuse, it's just bad information. Imagine a blind person who has his meeting at the WTC and can't use this accommodation. I wonder what their excuse will be in that case. I only have good memories from this hotel but unfortunately the Law regarding Service Animals should be respected by them as well.

The location is wonderful for safety and walkablity. Lovely patio for breakfasts, dinners and drinks. Live music 3 nights a week. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Metrobus stops right in front of the hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Good choice if you want to be near WTC

Be aware of your belongings left inside the hotel room!! My money 'disappeared' after I left for work and the support given by the hotel is minimal and iffy. They do not give clear evidences of who was inside the room and they are not responsible for the situation. Read the comments, there are other similar reports!

Excellent service! Very clean and well maintained! The personnel implements very well the Covid 19 sanitation. Restaurant: nice presentation, flavourful dishes at a great price! Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
