I stayed 2 separate nights at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beds are good. They only provided one shower towel which I prefer two. My last stay was decent, had a good sleep. This stay the room was sweltering hot. The thermostat doesn't say the temp and did not adjust. The room was right off the open corridor so I could hear everything all night. Was a terrible sleep. At check out the concierge did not even ask how my stay was, they didn't ask last time either. This is common practice to ask for feedback in Canada. The restaurant breakfast service is not good and I noticed they provide better service to locals who speak Spanish than other tourists. Frankly, the service levels drastically lowered my rating for this hotel.

You should appreciate that this hotel is located in a dangerous part of Madrid. When we checked-in for one night, we specifically asked the receptionist to check us in for the hotel shuttle to take us the following morning to the airport at 5 AM, but when we turned up with our bags at the agreed time, the shuttle driver refused to take us because the receptionist had failed to add us to his list and even though there was room in the shuttle bus, he drove off. Whilst we were waiting underneath the awning of the hotel entrance for a taxi, we were robbed of one of our bags by masked thieves who clearly had the hotel under observation and had a getaway car with the engine running just around the corner, for their escape. We couldn’t even claim for the theft under insurance as in Spain you have to attend the police station in person to report the theft and the hotel declined to do this on our behalf. Be very careful if you choose to stay here.

My group of 5 LOVED the Nuevo Boston. It's 10-15 minute shuttle ride from the airport. The desk staff speak English and are helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice to be in. It's quiet, and the decorations are simple and lovely.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. There’s no AC & it doesn’t work. Airport shuttle was a joke.. shuttle never came. So I ended up taking the taxi. Came to the room with dirty towels with black hair on it, a pee stain on the toilet, & only one towel available. I’ve traveled the world & I’ve stayed at hostels & absolutely way better than this hotel… definitely one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed… don’t recommend it for it’s worth.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is pretty standard but has good quality food. The parking is a bit of a challenge with a big car … and don’t forget to ring in the middle so that they can open the door. A bit strange is that they charged the first day of my stay from my credit card two days before I arrived.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
