In the heart of city center, just a few meters away from the main square. The pool was clean and warm, the jacuzzi was very powerful and relaxing. The rooms are spotless clean and well decorated. Beautiful place!

Exceptional, we had a very memorable stay, many thanks to hotel staff, especially Magda, for making our stay memorable. Hotel facilities are really amazing, attractive, and maintained really well. Hygiene standards are very high. It's totally top-class hotel and staff.

Highly recommended, good location for old town and all of Gdansk's attractions. The room is very clean and cleaned each morning. Included a fridge , kettle and safe for valuables. My room was next to the lift but had no noise from this. The fan in my room was noisy , rang reception and the matter was resolved in 20mins. An excellent breakfast choice hot and cold buffet certainly worth including. Champagne is also served free at breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna and steam room are very clean and worth using, robe included with the room. Very friendly staff. Taxi arranged from the hotel and trip to the airport cost 90 zloty just under £20.

This hotel base on a great location, has not much more to offer. Staff is nice and helpful. Sofa beds are super uncomfortable. Spa and swimming pool are very disappointing, noisy, tiny space, nothing to relax or rest. Not a very friendly for kids/teenagers.

The perfect location for staying in Gdansk, 2 minutes walk from old town but still really quiet hotel. Really good breakfast and nice rooms. The only things not good was the elevators that were impossible to get since they were busy all the time, and the lighting in the beautiful bathroom that was REALLY bad - impossible to do your make up in that light....

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
