We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were all very welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was a really great bonus. The swimming pool and steam room area was really great too, which was a perfect opportunity to relax a little. The only downside, perhaps, about this hotel is its distance from central Paris - it is quite a long way, but only 1 journey to Concorde on line 12 which makes it well connected. Overall, I would recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay - thank you very much

This was my first stay here and I will happily stay again. The hotel is large 6 floors with multiple rooms on each floor, but they are all accessible from the multiple lifts. 24 / 7 check in desk, so you can arrive or leave as required. Rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed, there is a small work area but the metal high seat they provide to sit at it is a little uncomfortable. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which is a bonus if two are staying. The rain head shower is one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast is served on level -1, still accessible by lift, they offer a wide selection of cooked and cold foods, it can be very busy due to its size and the number of guests using it. There is parking available if required at the hotel. The hotel has a small gym area, running machine and other equipment which opens 0700, there is also a 10m pool, this doesn't open till 10.30, after breakfast has finished as it overlooks the pool area. The hotel has its own bar which serves food as well, but I didn't have any on this occasion. There are a number of other shops, bars and cafés near by, as well as easy access to local trams and metro system. The hotel can be expensive bed only €300/night, and breakfast is €22 if you want it. On a Wednesday evening they offer live music in their outdoor garden area to the rear of the property.

This is an excellent hotel. Yes, rooms in Paris are notoriously small (try NYC, even smaller), but I credit the hotel for excellent use of space and a beautifully laid out room that was ALWAYS clean and inviting. The staff though were stellar in their approach and commitment to their guests. I felt appreciated and I tried to reciprocate that in my dealings with them. I never got her name, but a young woman there went out of her way to sit with me to troubleshoot my internet access issues. I was soo touched by that and many other instances of just sheer humanity. The hotel is really close to a train station which made travelling so much easier, and the staff were willing to help me think about best routes to my points of interest. My only regret is that there was not a better in house restaurant experience. It seemed to be like an after thought, and did not feature much on their website or anywhere else for that matter. I would GLADLY return to this hotel and HIGHLY recommend it.

Good hotel. The staff is as very nice and helpful. The room is ‘cosy’, but the bathroom is a bit small and toilet seat feels cheap, so not stay in there to long! A small swimming pool provides some relaxation and the bar is well stocked. The breakfast is ok, but when there are a lot of people the room and food are to small or not sufficiently restocked. For a short stay this hotel is recommended.

Beautiful hotel. The property and the room is clean and modern, which is unusual in Paris. Our room was not terribly spacious, but thats Paris in general, so we expected it. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi temperature is not hot like we are used to in USA. As I understand it, the water temperature of the jacuzzi is a city code requirement for sanitation purposes. Regardless, we were happy to soak after days of walking and seeing sights, our bodies were thankful even though it was not hot tub like we are accustomed to. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They spoke English very well. We appreciated that! The location is a bit out of central Paris, but this was not a problem for us as we had stayed elsewhere more centrally located to see the sights, days prior. However, in hindsight, we would have preferred to stay at Oceania and traveled daily to the sights because the crowds are far less in Oceania neighborhood, which is lovely. FYI, Central Paris is chaos with the crowds, traffic and trains are very crowded, and the restaurants are hit or miss in central Paris. Overall, I recommend Oceania to others and we would stay there again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
