My brother and I spent three nights here in November, 2023. The price for a comfy room and good breakfast is very reasonable. The staff is warm and helpful, especially Mario. The Internet connection is slow, as others have pointed out. And, the TV in the room is tiny. But, if you are in Rome, why would you surf or watch TV? The neighborhood is super safe and convenient for lots of sites, public transport, and restaurants. Next time I visit Rome, I will book here.

What a wonderful hotel. The hosts and staff remind you of what we have lost when travelling. Service is great, the hotel and rooms are quaint but comfortable and homely. Nothing is too much trouble. We’ve been staying in hotels in the UK and Europe for the past seven weeks and this has been the most memorable (in a good way).

We stayed here in August during summer heat, good AC throughout. We had a triple rooms for the kids and a double for us. The hotel owners and staff were brilliant - they answered my emails before arrival and let my son check-in without us (he travelled by himself across Europe). They helped with every question. Rooms clean and great facilities. Breakfast is European so crossiants, fruit and bread. They refilled everything as we ate and I had loads of coffee. Highly recommended. Friendly, great location, just use the lift in the middle of the building to save your legs going up to the third floor.

First before arriving they answered my question about available parking in the area that were both barely a 5 minute walk so while it's not onsite it's easily walkable even with luggage. Note when you get to the door you might be confused to walking into a church to the right but they are on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator once you get up the 6-8 steps walk down the corridor. We were pleasantly welcomed, and were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room (heart eyes). This is a 2 star hotel on paper because it doesn't have all the amenities of a pool and etc. but it gave 5 star service. it's an older building but gives a rustic authentic European feel, or key was an actually old school looking key. they do keep the key when you leave and have 24hr reception, and they take the opportunity to service the room and it avoids losing the key during your outings it's removed enough from the city center to be quiet at night but it's a 8-10 minute walk to all the action. at it's closes the trevi fountain is an 11-14 walk and from there it's short distances to get to everything else. Note there is a great chinese restaurant open 11-11:30 two doors down strongly recommend when you are on your 5th day in Italy and want to try something other than Italian food ;)

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even got us ice for our drinks. Hotel is a short walk to attractions but it’s more affordable and quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
