This hotel is staffed by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. Helpful, kind, polite and all-round wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location with shops, restaurants and all the magical locations you could hope to see in this amazing city. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable but then again I don’t travel thousands of miles to languish in a hotel room so to have a shower and lay my head for a couple of hours it was perfect: the shower showers, the air con cools and the lights light up. Breakfast is lovely with lots of fruit, cheeses, meats, cereal, yoghurt and nice coffee on offer. Highly recommended, loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

Looks nice outside and in the lobby, but it’s not. Staff needs a class in customer service. Rooms are very dirty! Carpet is gross, shower is moldy, sink is dirty. Rooms are so small it’s difficult to find a place to open 2 suitcases. We worked it our, but then couldn’t get around the bed to the window. Room smelled musty and moldy. Air conditioning wasn’t working. A man came and did something to the unit and all this dirty black water came out. It was very disgusting! Barat, at the desk wasn’t very helpful. He also talked with a very loud voice which you could hear on the 3rd floor. We requested an extra pillow, but had to ask again, because it didn’t come. Sati at the desk was very helpful and nice. He was responsive when we had requests. Positives: good location and nice soft beds.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Me and my daughter were staying in a room where they ENTERED OUR ROOMS repeatedly through their master-key at any point of time, even at night.. NEVER FELT SO UNSAFE in a hotel in our entire lives! When we protested, they acted as if they don't know English! All our complaints went to vain.. THEY REPEATEDLY KEPT ENTERING OUR ROOM EVEN AFTER OUR COMPLAINS.. Even the room was extremely bad, with foul smell, broken window and uncleaned bathroom.. We were even promised that our room will be changed next morning but even that was not done! The staffs are extremely bad behaved, they don't know how to talk in a civilised way and they think that they can enter anytime in a room, without knocking the door and using the masterkey for room cleaning purpose!! Such an outrageous excuse! I would recommend each and every person, specially women, to NOT stay in this hotel ever!!.. The hotel staffs themselves are extremely heinous and there's no one who will listen to your complaints!!..

MOST UNSAFE HOTEL I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel in my entire life before!! Me and my mother was staying in a room and the HOTEL STAFFS KEPT ENTERING OUR ROOMS WITHOUT KNOCKING THROUGH MASTERKEY at any point of time, especially at night.. When we protested, they behaved as if they don't know english and further claimed that they can enter any room at anytime they want through master-key for cleaning purpose!! Extremely ill mannered, unsafe and dangerous hotel staffs!! Even our room had a broken window, foul smell and uncleaned bathroom.. They promised us that they would change the room but needless to say, they didn't! Never ever stay in this hotel, especially women, as the hotel staffs themselves are malign and there's no one who would listen to your complains.. One should never compromise safety at any cost, and exactly that's what happened during our stay there..

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
