Worst place I've ever stayed at. The rooms are incredibly dirty and full of cockroaches, both dead and alive. The whole hotel is a smoking hotel and it smells terrible. There are a lot of burnt out holes in the curtains, on the sofas, the bedsheets are filthy and smelly. Loud karaoke every night until morning hours. I honestly don't know where the good reviews are coming from. The staff is nice and go above and beyond but there is nothing they can do about the hotel itself.

Not suggested if you are looking for good services, breakfast was so poor. Book for room with window but get inside room. Upgraded without any apologized, and explanation. Be careful if you make online booking. Check detail. Room was not really cleaned and pretty out dated. Not recommended for families. Other hotel with same price you could get nearby.

Suitable for karaoke lovers. Music thumping can be heard in the room until the wee hours of the morning. Fortunately I sleep easily. Looks like a lot of people use this hotel for a few hours, and leave before the morning ;-). Breakfast area was empty. Small breakfast spread catered more for locals' appetite. Room had a strong cigarette smell. I was then informed by reception that the are no non-smoking rooms in this hotel. The were cigarette burn marks all over the room, even on the curtains. The hotel facilities is probably what gave it a 3-star rating, but the room looks like a 1-star hotel in Geylang. The room is so dark especially at the working table. I had to take the bedside lamp and put it on the table to do some work. Iron is not provided. Aircond works well. There is a kettle and 2 sachets of Nescafe coffee. There are karaoke outlets behind the hotel, some fairly classy looking, catered mainly for locals. This hotel is more suited for couples/lovers, although I don't think my partner will be impressed if I brought her to a room in such bad condition. Definitely not recommended for business travellers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
