What a great find ! Awesome location , very close to all local monuments. quite and very affordable . Boutique kind of style with clean rooms , nice breakfast choices and affordable prices The staff was Very helpful and accommodating and a big thank you to the nice lady kadi for helping us , answering all of our questions and showing us where to go . we will definitely stay again at the Orazia hotel next time once in Rome . The worst breakfast ever. Very low quality products, unappealing presentation. The hotel has motel style room, the neighborhood is filthy and dirty like being in a third world country. The only good point is the female receptionist and the lady at breakfast: both of the were really nice .

Nice staff and not too far from the colosseum. Rooms are functional but extremely outdated. The beds were the worst ive ever slept on in my life and I grew up very poor. Had to check into another hotel after 3 nights of awful sleep (no refund). I know this is a budget hotel but twin mattresses are not expensive. Time to update

Out of 4 days in the hotel, 3 mornings we had no water. The other morning no hot water. The sink tap works on the mains when there is water. When the absence of water is reported (this is not a mains failure) the reception replies "no water today, maybe tonight..."). The bathroom measures 2.25 square metres The bed and the mattress are unworthy The wallpaper is peeled off everywhere and taped up There are traces of mould everywhere The breakfast is mediocre. The price/quality ratio is not really good 1302€/4 nights=325,5€/night without tourist tax or parking for a room that is not even worth 100€/night is a steal. We hope for a refund from the hotel We still have photos to post.

10-15min walk from Roma Termini, not particularly pleasant area, but people who know Rome, know about that. 50m from metro station who lead to most of Rome landmarks (Spanish Steps, Vatican, di Trevi etc), 15-20min walk from Colosseum. The hotel is on the floor 5 in building. There is small elevator or if you want you can climb (a long walk :)). The room I was staying definitely need some renovation, but was not so bad, the bed was ok, shower space in the bathroom was really tight. Aircon work, fridge work too. I received clean sheets everyday, my room was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was... OK, but you can't expect different meal, every day was the same. The hotel is 3 stars, but I think that it's not deserve them, and it's overpriced. Can recommend only if your occupation requires from you to be in that area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
