We only stayed one night but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is across from a park so there was a lovely view. The only downside is that there was a loud group outside in the middle of the night. But when we called downstairs, the gentleman working the front desk went outside and asked them to leave. We did let get a chance to try the breakfast, but it was included and looked good. Thank you!

We booked a double room for a week during fashion week and the hotel was very nice. The room was large with huge windows for great light during the daytime but very efficient blackout curtains for sleeping. Room and bathroom was very up-to-date and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was superb with tons of fresh options. All of the staff is courteous and helpful, special mention goes to Mateo and Gibi for their local reccomendations. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was offered at a great price, and the location is very convenient for MiCo and easy to get to from the airport. The staff were all really helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and it was a good variety every morning with (unsurprising for Italy) a good coffee machine. The room was very clean, but had some minor maintenance issues that should have been addressed but were not terrible. Overall, I would happily stay here again, and I'm sure that I will do just that in the future.

I stayed on 28 - 29 . Room No. 207 After my journey from France to Italy I was concerned about my check-in and form and other things need to be done as usual. But once I reached the hotel. Where it was located in a good location and easy to find. A young man was at the reception. He spoke good English and my check-in was less than 3 minutes. It was the fastest check-in I ever had in my travel history. The room temperature was comfortable however I had control to change it. Tea, for free. An electric kettle was provided. More than what I needed in my room was provided towel. The water was very hot which I found it a pleasure especially for getting a shower after my journey. Clean room and comfortable bed With good vanity products. And breakfast was all good. Without hot meal but all other things was provided in different taste. Different breakfast serial Different jam Different cheese Different bacon and ham Different croissant Different tea Different fresh tart Coffee machine with different options. Pancake and bread milk I wish to may stay for a couple of nights. At the check-out time, the receptionist did my check out in less than 20 seconds. Thanks to the manager and owner of the hotel for this good hotel and the stay they provided

Front Desk was always extremely helpful; bus to airport, Milan sites, room. Very convenient as bus from airport stops across the street and metro stop also across street. Excellent room and breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
