I stayed in the single room. I love their service, but the room is tiny , they should remove out the sofa to make more space for working table.

It was comfortable and we had a great view of the river. It felt a little dated but was convenient location

Would not recommend, and would not come back. I stayed at a single room, but it has little to no table space to put anything. I had to pile my stuff on top of each other. Besides the coat racks, there aren't hooks on the walls. You can only control fan speed but cannot control the temperature.. Literally no sound proofing to the rooms. I can hear my neighbours chat and laugh at 3:30am. When the staff cleans the rooms, you can hear everything. There's a solid gap under the door... Location isn't bad... It's connected to many diff lines so it's convenient in that sense. But on avg it costs 340-400¥ to get anywhere There's no convinient store just downstairs. The Lawson in subway station closes in the off hours The lights in the rooms are awful. It's so depressing and not bright enough. However, stayed on the 8th floor (highest floor) and don't have a problem with water pressure for shower or toilet. Though the toilet makes a lot of rumbling sounds after every flush.....
