What gem this hotel is! It is above and beyond its three stars. Beautiful rooms with splendidly high ceilings, big bathroom with a window, coffee and tea facilities, great bed. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurent was very welcoming and helpful (and very friendly and collegial with each other, which is always a positive sign I think). The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of varied offerings of savoury and sweet. It's off the beaten bath, near the Vatican and easily connected via public transport. I am most definitely recommending this hotel to anyone, whether travelling alone, as a couple, or as a family or group.

I loved this hotel, very friendly and helpful staff - thank you very much, you've really done a great job! Also the kitchen staff and room service staff is very friendly! Hotel is close to the Vatican and Metro Cipro, with a nice environment. Quiet and clean room, for me: perfect! I'll come again!

Fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean hotel & room, quiet room with air conditioning, lovely breakfast each morning with lots of choice and freshly prepared-not processed or packaged. Room furnishings a bit dated, but clean and that didn’t matter as great service and ability to speak in English very well. Lastly, it was a very safe location and hotel, with trustworthy staff (mind hotel managed and owned by the church adjacent). Easy 7 min walk from metro stop Ottaviano. 10 min walk to the Vatican and will recommend to friends and stay for our next visit to Rome. Added bonus, Bonci, a panificio was 1 min away and they made the best Roman sourdough pizza slices & that’s where the locals were for good reason. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The hotel is a good 10m walk to metro. It's in the same building as a beautiful church that's open. The rooms were a little hot, we had the family room that has 2 rooms: 1 with 2 single and 1 with a double and a single. The one with a double was warm, like 24°C/75F while the other around 22°C/72F. It's close to the Vatican and about a 20-25m ride to the colosseum. The staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after checking out for a couple of hours. The breakfast was delicious 😋

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the bad reviews. To be honest, the hotel was great! The room was spacious, it was clean, not far from Vatican City the staff were all friendly, and the bathroom/shower was no problem for me. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe during my stay there. Overall, I would come back or recommend this hotel to friends!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
