        The hotel is small, but the room was spacious and clean, with a balcony. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace. Good location - near the park, also within walking distance to major attractions. Near the tram stop, cafes and shops. Trams are very close, their movement can be heard in the room. And one night of our stay there was a repair of tram tracks, because of this sleep was very bad. However, this is not a disadvantage of the hotel, rather we were just unlucky.

        They are scammers, don't stay in this hotel. Also, they lied about it being adapted to disabled people. My mum's wheelchair didn't even fit in the elevator.

        Booked with hotel however upon arrival we were told that the hotel was full and they had to move us to a sister hotel and The manager who told us was super fake.We didnt object as they had said that it was exactly the same services. However, the entrance to the other hotel (blu hotel) was through a restaurant door. Yes you literally had to enter to a restaurant and then go to the back area to reach the hotel. The blu hotel was clean and organized but I think it is unacceptable to change someone’s reservation on the spot and move them to another hotel in order to benefit a series of neighbouring hotels. In addition, we had to have our breakfast at yet again a third hotel (yes you guessed it). I do not recommend booking here as nothing you book is guaranteed.

        Electricity was down for two nights, owner didnt bother to bring generator to make it connect again ! I didn't get any compensate for it Cant talk about breakfast its zero Location is awesome : - you can reach gulhane metro station in a minute walking - you can get inside gulhane park in 2 mins. walking

        Worst hotel I ever had In my life!! ,I reserved 3night and they told us they don't have space after that they transfer us to a cheaper hotel for 2night . The last night they transfer us to this hotel and the room was terrible I think it's the staff room without facilitys
