Spa was dissapointing, I only booked this hotel from other 5 star hotels for this reason and it doesn't look like they will be fixing the Plunge Pool anytime soon. I asked and they shrugged. The room was ok, I found a contact lense in the toilet, the carpets are very old and warn, breakfast was nice with a good selection.

The service was excellent. We primarily spoke to Guillermo at the front desk. He was very responsive and extremely helpful. He gave us recommendations that we both really enjoyed. The room was not up to par for an autograph collection hotel. We are gold elite members and our room was small and did not have any view. The USB chargers in the room didn't work either.

My family and I recently spent 2 nights at this magnificent hotel and we couldn’t have been any happier with our stay, the hotel is located across from Parque Del Retiro, 2 blocks from Puerta de Alcalá and 3 blocks from the most prestigious area of Salamanca, our junior suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated , the young lady whose last name is Rios made our stay very special, she was always very sweet and happy to help us with getting to know all the attractions, the entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming We are already planning our next trip to Madrid next year and we will be staying at Hotel Palacio Del Retiro once again.

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely fantastic! Genuinely, the friendliest and most caring staff. Everyone at the front desk has been amazing and attentive (and we stayed here for 3 weeks!) .Good breakfast, excellent room cleaning service and the best thing is the location: the beautiful Jerónimos area, only a one minute walk from the Retiro park. You can walk everywhere but it is far enough away from the chaos of touristic places like Gran Via and Centro to remain peaceful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
