I had a great time there. No problem with staff. All of them were very kind and helpful. The room was perfect as well. Good size and quiet, also comfortable. I could sleep very well after a busy day. Its location is close to most of the touristic points. For sure I'll stay there again next time

Great hotel, reasonably priced and perfect for solo travellers! I booked Hotel Palazzo Benci for a five night stay in Florence and encountered no problems for the duration of my stay. I booked the single room which had everything that I needed and the daily room service was consistent in ensuring that the room was kept clean and that towels were always replenished. The great location is also worth mentioning. Lots of options for food and drink on the street outside and perfectly situated close to the city centre and train station. All in all I had 5 peaceful and comfortable nights of sleep- would recommend and would stay here again!

Old building, renovated room. Good bed and pillows, but small bathroom, not enough places to hang clothes and towels. Room door does not seal completely, meaning high noise from corridor and other rooms. Breakfast quite simple. Location is good, less than 5min from Duomo.

The heat was blasting all night, ignoring the controls setting, so even with the windows fully open, it is 23.7 degrees Celsius all night in Dec. The noise is high with the windows open: bar open until 2am, then the metal gates closing and garbage pickup. There is only a thick blanket, no separate top sheet. Finally at 3:30am it is quiet, but still too hot to sleep. Pillows are hard. Disaster. I would love to be sleeping instead of writing this review.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
