Amazing building lovely room the breakfast had everything you need. Had room with special needs loo wet room etc. Was impressed but door to lift was rather narrow didn't ask about a freight lift. Sorry. No complaints. Extremely polite, English speaking staff. Fabulous city.

It is a shame having a very poor hotel in such a glorious location. Staff was gentle but the hotel is far from being decent; lights are the emergency ones, no hot water, the room was noisy and initially cold, Wi-Fi not good, 2 beds more or less put together, safe not working. We hope this place will get a great renovation and value the amazing location where is located.

A wonderfully located hotel, with good general services and surprisingly cheap (considering where it is located). It is cheap because of several reasons: -The WiFi does NOT work. -The rooms have extremely thin walls between them, to the point where you are able to follow the conversation going on next door. -Particular to our room, it was filled with mosquitos! (IN WINTER!?!?) -Toilets sound like an airplane is landing. Didn't get a single night of good sleep sadly. Was quite unfortunate considering the beautiful potential this hotel has. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This is my second time at this hotel. My first was last year when I came to the Elton John concert. I fell in love with this area and this hotel. Sadly this time I did not feel the same. At first my room, a superior single, was so very small and hot that I asked for an upgrade to a suite, which they gave me at a very good price. The suite was quite nice with a big balcony and two rooms, and more importantly two separate air conditioning vents. But since they keep the air off between 4 am and around 2 pm. (claiming this to be a city rule), it was unbearably hot! The suite is on the top floor which adds to the problem. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have never had a problem with limitations on air conditioning before! Another issue is that the internet does not work well either. I also work online constantly which created much difficulty to me. I am very sad that it went so badly, as this was an important getaway for me.

Good location. Rooms are pretty small, plain, ugly, worn-out and not terribly clean: fingerprints on the walls, hairs on the floor and some also on the spare blanket (in the closet). The water nozzles of the shower had not been cleaned for some years. Luckily, the weather was hot and the blanket was not needed during my stay, and the linens and towels were changed daily. Minimal amenities in the room, ie. a piece of soap, a sachet of shampoo. Minibar is relatively spacious, though, to keep your own sodas or snacks. The bed was a bit hard. Pluses: good curtains to keep the room dark, and the humming noise of the air-conditioner can almost mask the sound of the TV in the next room (yes, the walls are thin)! The breakfast was just OK but not a highlight (better skip the awful scrambled eggs and try the yogurt instead, and tomatoes will be your greens). The elevator is old, noisy and very small. If using a wheelchair or something carrying large luggage, try another hotel. But this one is cheap.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
