Excellent place to stay in Frankfurt. Everyone from the team is very kind and spoke English very well without making faces for us when they were asked to speak English (which we weren't used to during the rest of our trip). The room was very comfortable and had a good size for two persons, containing everything necessary for a stay, such as luggage support, coffee, and other great adds (slippers, sewing kit, teas...). As for the location, nothing to complain.You can walk 15 minutes in a beautiful street and get to the touristic center of the city. Moreover, there's subways and bus stops very close to the hotel. In the street (which is very beautiful and calm), there are good options for breakfast, a small market and pharmacy.

The room's A/C would not stop making a noise during the evening (even after being switched off) – making it difficult to sleep. This is the main reason for my negative review. However, the staff said they would like to address this problem for future guests of the room I was staying in. The hotel was also nearly inaccessible by phone: nobody answered for hours as I was trying to reach someone following my stay for receiving a receipt. Location is great (also next to an U-Bahn station), and a good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful in person.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I was alone but felt safe as the hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were courteous, kind and very accommodating. They always greeted me with a smile as I came and went through the lobby! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only thing that would have made my stay even better is extra pillows. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, There was a variety of fresh and tasty offerings: eggs, various cured meats, smoked salmon, different bread options, pastries, hot and cold cereals, a variety of fresh juices, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, coffee, tea etc. Something for everyone. Given the amazing and delicious breakfast menu, It would have been nice to have the choice to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. I appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to the subway as well which made commuting easy. All in all I enjoyed my brief stay and will definitely return next time I’m in Frankfurt.

Unfortunately the service at this hotel is just terrible. the man at the front desk was very rude We booked a room which was listed as two beds and an ensuite bathroom There was only one bed in the room and the bathroom was shared on the floor, which was in the basement and everything was very dirty When asked to change the room, we were told that the hotel was full and the man started screaming and behaving terribly rude, although we only came up to ask about changing the room to a more suitable one and were ready to pay extra if there was some mistake in our booking Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it, because in this offline, instead of a normal dialogue, they will start shouting at you and behaving very aggressively, given that we are two girls and the man at the reception was very aggressive, it was very unpleasant and we are now forced to look for another accommodation And of course the money was not returned. Terrible service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
