This hotel's prime feature is its excellent location, close to various points of interest. The staff is always ready to assist you. However it's worth nothing that external noise can be audible in the rooms, although the surroundings tend to be generally quiet during the night. The bathroom, while functional, had a few details that could be improved upon. The breakfast is buffet style and the menu is similar every day, but offer a wide range of options.

Hotel conveniently located in the city downtown, but also not far from other neighborhoods you will want to visit to experience Santiago. Breakfast is great, the best we had during our two week trip to Chile. Rooms appear to be renovated at recently renovated and clean, but here and there some small maintenance issues that have not impacted our stay in any way.

Really good location in the heart of Santiago easy to get the train for La Moneda o Santa Ana station. The breakfast was generous and the check out was midday also they change american dollars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
