This was an excellent stay in Pokhara! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. They had in room snacks that were reasonably priced. Tea kettle worked great and they have a super coffee shop downstairs. Hot water was prompt- bonus. I guess that makes them pretty eco friendly compared to other places where it had to run for 10 minutes before a warm shower was possible. All staff members were helpful, kind and made me feel valued as a guest. The price was good, the free breakfast was comparable to the price of the room and you could order other items if you wanted as they have a fully staffed kitchen. The location and view are excellent.

My husband and I were very unhappy with our first guesthouse in Pokhara (cheap but terrible facilities and service) so we did a little hotel tour on the lakeside and we chose Hotel Pancharatna! This place is a hidden gem on the lakeside! Price is decent, staff are very friendly, clean and nice ambience. Oh! There is an ELEVATOR! a rare thing in Lakeside!! We liked ithe hotel so much we ended up staying 5 nights! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! :)

They have amazing view of the lake from the roof top resturant. The resturant has a poolnon the centre amd a bar beside it. This is a place where you can enjoy the sunset from with a beer or coffee or a game of 8 Ball with your friends. I didnot have much of the food but chicken served was stale and had a bad smell. Beside that everything else was fine.

The hotel is 5th floor building with well furnished rooms with all facilities and facing the Fuwa lake.The rooftop gives a charming view of the Annapurna range specially the Machhi pichhu peak of the Himalaya on the back while on the front side one will get a full view of the famous lake.

Good view from my room( which is facing the lake) can't say a great view tho because of the buildings blocking it.. priced reasonably... Walking distance to center point lakeside and pamey

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
