Stayed here on a trip to Florence Oct 15 checked in. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything - 5 min walk to the Duomo. The room was large and clean, but very dated. Breakfast was not bad for $5. This is not a 5 star hotel but the location and price make it worth while. the staff was friendly and they have parking, they come to the hotel to pick up and drop off for $30 a day. Lorenzo is a character, an American legend ;). The photo is a view from the breakfast area - great views while enjoying breakfast.

The Hotel Panorama Artinside is a very unique hotel. I highly recommend staying here as a base for touring Florence. Easily accessible to all the major sites. Our family consisted of 16 adults and two children. We were placed in rooms that suited our needs perfectly with clean comfortable bedding and beautiful views. My daughter's triple room even had its own beautiful balcony. I am a landscape painter and I love the many views from my bedroom window, dining area and especially the lovely s rooftop terrace watching the sun rise and set on the magnificent Duomo. The Breakfast buffet was delicious and a wide variety to choose from. The San Lorenzo area around the hotel was being renovated while we were there and it is already looking lovely with many restaurants nearby the hotel which was very convenient. This hotel is charming and easy on your budget. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English. A great place to stay in Florence!

The hotel is not cheap as a 3 stars but i was shocked when we ordered a kettle and they said we don’t have, instead they offered us to bring a hot water to the room, when i checked out i found they charged me 6 Euro for the hot water to make my coffee! However The place is old but nice with a good view.

Two words: Bed Bugs We raised this issue to reception staff and were dismissively told that they were mosquito bites. We are from Australia so we know what mosquito bites look like. These are not (google will not allow to post photos). We even showed the man a photo of the bites, which a local pharmacist confirmed were bed bugs. After seeing the photos, the man implied that it was partly our fault because we had the do not disturb sign on our door the first morning when the sheets were to be changed. We asked for a different room and were told there wasn’t any available. They changed the sheets (which isn’t going to solve the problem anyway) and declared that they did not see any bugs. We then checked Google reviews and saw a lot of previous reports of bed bugs. After so many reviews reiterating the same issue, this is simply negligence on behalf of the staff. We can’t help but feel that suggesting these were mosquito bites was a deliberate attempt to dismiss a larger issue. After this, we didn’t bother asking for a refund seeing how defensive their responses are to other bad reviews. To add to this, the shower in room 37 barely has any water pressure and the room has a very bad smell. The elevator is very cramped so you have to carry any larger bags up the stairs. Some positives were the decent location and the sunrise from the terrace in the morning. We were considering not posting this review as we never leave poor reviews anywhere, but our experience was honestly quite terrible and anxiety inducing so we felt the need to assist others in avoiding the same situation.

Location is great for being a little outside the city. The hotel is charming but older than most and not as clean as we would have liked. You have to return your key to the front desk each time you leave which we thought was odd and a bit inconvenient at times. Also be aware of stares as their elevator is very small to fit luggage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
