HORRIBLE!!! Our first room was so unbearably loud and the shower was filled with hair. We made them move us day 2, next was quieter but equally filthy and the shower didn’t work at all. Bedding is old and dirty, beds are the worst - we barely slept. Breakfast room was disgusting - every table just piled with dirty dishes and the uninterested attendant just moved some onto another table to make room for us - needless to say we didn’t go back. No cancellation so once you realize how terrible it is you are stuck - heard other people arguing to get out too. We finally just took the loss and went somewhere else our last 2 nights (Hotel Indigo - lovely!). Stay away!!!

This hotel provides historic charm and romance in the heart of old Rome, but with modern amenity upgrades of bath and air conditioning. This converted villa once housed the Garibaldi family, prominent in Italian history of the 1800s. Marble staircases throughout the 4 floors (with a quaint but functional elevator), small rooms with high ceilings, 360-degree views from the rooftop patio which is lovely. Charming breakfast room with fresh-baked pastry offerings and good coffee. We were treated well by all of the staff we encountered.

This hotel was nice. The room we were in was a little small for more than one person but the marble stairs in the room made the room feel special. We visited on some pretty hot days so the A/C was not sufficient. The hotel staff brought us a fan and that made all the difference. We absolutely loved the shower and bathroom set was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was always pleasant.

The staff and the location of the hotel were absolutely excellent! When I reached out for help with transportation to and from hotel, the staff very happily offered options for transport. All details, like explaining payment for transport and city taxes, were very well explained and there were no surprises in that area. We opted to include breakfast with our stay and the buffet offerings were wonderful! When we arrived late due to our delayed flight, I emailed the hotel to warn of our late arrival to the driver and received a message that it was already taken care of. We were placed in adjoining rooms the first night and then helped to move to our suite in the morning. Thank you for an excellent experience Hotel Pantheon!

This is a beautiful hotel. Because of their not being may people in the hotel at this time because of the down season they upgraded us to the sweet with no extra charge. It was gorgeous. The rest of the hotel was also great we loved all the art and details they had in the walls, floors and ceiling. Looking at the pictures online dose not show what it looks in person, it looks a lot better in person. The reason I rated it a 4/5 stars is because of the parking. You would thing an over $200 a night hotel would have some place to park. We struggled a lot with finding somewhere we could actually park with out getting towed. But besides that, the convenience of the pantheon being so close to our hotel was nice. You could not actually see the pantheon from any views but on the inside decorations of the hotel had a lot of references to the pantheon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
