Facilities, staff and hotel view are nice. Breakfast menu was very complete. The location is awesome. Hotel room was clean, very comfortable. I will back soon

The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, with easy access to restaurants and cafes and also buses and trains. Considering the nightly rate of 210 Euros, one expects a higher standard. Unfortunately, our stay in this aged and unclean hotel was a regrettable experience. The building is outdated, and the elevator is uncomfortably small. The rooms are cramped and lack cleanliness. The barroom was notably untidy. Breakfast was served in the basement, on level -1 and there was no air conditioning. It was disappointing, lacking variety. The limited options, including just two types of cheese, and subpar coffee were underwhelming. Despite a three-day stay, eggs were available only on the first day, and our request for more was met with a dismissive response from the waitress. Overall, not recommended."

We were super satisfied with service. It was small but clean with nice balcony, communication prior the arrival was on-spot, breakfast was ok. Location was great, we were 15-20 min away from all the things we wanted to see and it was 2 min from metro and tram station. Value for money is really good. Would recommend.

You get for what you pay. Its small and nice hotel, friendly staff who makes stay easy. Rooms are basic not that much to offer. Very simple breakfast (not that much verity) but the location is great. 1 min to subway station. So if you are talking public transportation here is great to stay. So many local restaurants around here with very cheap prices and great meals. The only bad experience was no hot water for 2days with out any notice or alert. They simply shutdown the hot water. We were without shower for 2 days.

Kind staff made the extra mile at a late checkin to help moving me to a higher floor room under my request. Really top. Breakfast was nice (good pancakes) the only minor point is that you can feel some minor noise or vibration from the metro, which is quite typical in Paris

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
