Excellent place for tourists since you can travel all around the city by subway just 300m away from the hotel. This one is suitable for those who can arrange their living place by themselves and always be aware of keeping the environment clear. The managers are very nice and supportive and you can ask for necessary things for free, just remember to return them once leaving/checkout

The room was good and great value for solo traveler with normal facilities to use nicely. The staffs were very supportive, explained, guided with well English proficiency. The location is very good, it seemed to be near many tourist attraction by just walking in short minutes.

The location is great. The pictures of this hotel are deceiving. This place was disgusting. So much so that my husband and I checked in, went to lunch, and checked out. I walked in and almost cried. The room was small, cramped, and not well lit. There was a huge stain on the wall from the air conditioner. This place is more like a run down hostel and not a hotel.

Unbeatable location and price near to Myeongdong, Namsan and Namdaemoon (+ Namdaemoon Market). Very good for single or couple tourists, but not really for big families. The room was ver tiny (at least ours) and not comfortable at all, but the price was just unbeatable (40,000 KRW per night, booked via internet). A lot of small businesses like restaurant, coffee shops, convinient stores etc. around the hotel. The hotel is completely without onsite staffs. You just take frsh towels from the counter and watter spender is available for all, too. In the basement, you can alos find public kitchen.

location is important. walk distance to myeondong, seoul station and namdaemun. pretty safe for me to stay as a solo female traveller. many convenient shops. economical. with water machine. small room. lift. can message the receptionist for making requests. have refrigerator, heater and a/c.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
