No hot water . The hot water was not working since morning and when we checked in in the afternoon they did not even bother to warn us . I waited 1 hour for something new to come and check but for what ? Since they said that the hot water is under maintenance since the morning . No breakfast neither in the hotel . Don’t Go there

I’m posting two stars not because I had the worst experience, but because this is more like a 2 star than 4.5 star hotel. I mostly stay in the latter kind of hotel (thanks, business travel) and this is nothing of the sort. The decor is early 1980s. There is a slight but off putting smell in the rooms (especially in the closet). The furniture and walls are marred—a lot! Remote for TV didn’t work. Bed was VERY uncomfortable—hard as nails. The staff are friendly enough. The linen appears to be clean. But that’s kind of a low bar.

The safe needed to be reset and the security guy was only available at 10pm. Rather than risk being unable to leave with my passport etc... to the airport I stored it in my suitcase. After the maid had cleaned I returned and I checked and US$80 (from the $300 that was there) had been taken. The hotel said they can do nothing because it wasn't in the safe. Basically you can't win with a faulty safe and thieving staff. On my check-in I was supposed to be in a King Suite. They put me n the correct room after I queried it. Fairly noisy because the windows don't close properly (in either room). Clean. Good gym. Would definitely not recommend after the theft.

Was supposed to be in King bedroom but was put in a double bed instead the first night. Next day I switched rooms but left my newly bought jacket in the old room. A few hours later when I realized this i contacted staff and they said nothing was in there. i asked to check myself and it was gone. No hot water the entire time in 4th floor rooms. Beds are good but pillows too thick and not comfortable. Rooms themselves are nice and gym is great but will not be back after this last experience

Terrible customer service by the two front desk ladies. I will never return. Note to the owner, be mindful of your team’s attitude, those two ladies need training in how to speak to your customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
