Way too expensive for a rather run down place. The vent in the bathroom was insanely loud (90 db according to smartphone). Shower-temperature was hard to adjust. Broken wardrobe. Breakfast buffet with small selection and lukewarm coffee/tea. Three stars only because the staff was very friendly and the room mostly clean.

Excellent value for money. It's next to the subway, close to several tourist attractions that you can walk to and has very good rooms. The only care I recommend is with the area around the hotel during the night/early morning, as it is right in the center and there is little care to avoid problems. But overall it's a great option.

I would rate the team 10 stars if possible. We stayed in a very comfortable superior room with a special highlight for the huge, quality double bed. Thanks to Raul, Monts and Fabian for their treatment, care and dedication!

The first night we arrived they gave us an extremely small room, the sink was attached to the nightstand and we had no place to put our suitcases, the room was very claustrophobic, the next morning when I got into the shower I found myself I didn't have hot water and the shower door opened, so I had to shower with cold water and hold the shower door with my foot. That same day we asked for a room change and they gave us a much larger one but the next morning it didn't have hot water either, which first thing in the morning is not pleasant at all. The breakfast is actually quite scarce and they only give you sliced bread, except the first morning when we had a very kind person who baked us pre-cooked bread, something that did not happen again since we did not meet with the same person. Most of the hotel workers are very friendly, highlighting the attention of two people who, I suppose could be a mother and son, both Venezuelans, their attention to us was excellent. We stayed from Tuesday, January 17 to Sunday, January 22, 2023, and when the weekend arrived, they took the duvet off the bed without replacing it. When we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, I had to go down to reception and ask for one to be uploaded. They replaced it for us immediately but when you are on vacation and you are dedicated to walking and exploring the city to see, you don't want to have to make the bed, for that you pay for a hotel in which the appropriate staff takes care of those things. In short, quality and price do not match, I would not repeat it again.

We felt at home, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are cozy. They gave us great tips on tours, places to go, places to eat and everything else we had questions about. If one day I return to Chile, I would definitely stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
