The size of the room is good. The facilities in the room are very good. The hotel is near to city center. The street is small with difficult parking facilities. There is 3 steps stair in the interence of the hotel. The breakfast area is in the basement but looks very nice and the buffet is delicious.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Passport Hotel (rated 9 out of 10 on Booking), in a lovely neighborhood in the historic part of Tbilisi, with a stunning view of a picturesque street from my balcony. I don't think I'll ever forget it! iIf you want a neat hotel, with nice staff, in a great and vibrant location, I recommend you the Passport Hotel.

Loved our stay here. Definitely recommend it. Rooms: Compact and comfortable. Great balcony with nice views. Location: Very conveniently located to all tourist attractions in old Tbilisi. Almost everything is around 10-20 mins walking. Service: Very friendly and prompt staff. Both at the desk and at the buffet. Food: We had booked a breakfast included stay and it was a great decision. We had a lovely and fresh spread every morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
