Great hotel, excellent location- walked to all the sights across Rome with no issues - its next to metro station and termini is 5 min walk so very handy. Rooms are beautifully decorated - lots of space and clean. We only had breakfast once but it was good, lots to eat and nice coffee. I would return to this hotel just for the staff, they are excellent. Friendly, helpful and happy. Would highly recommend 👌

A brilliant hotel!!! We really enjoyed our stay as a family. We were accommodated amazingly by the team, offering us a nicely renovated room on the ground floor. The hotel is based in an exceptional location, with a metro stop right outside, as well as being within walking distance of all the major sites. The staff were so warm, welcoming and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to Rome. Thank you so much for facilitating such a glorious holiday to the eternal city.

10 out of 10. Angelo and Denis are so so delightful and helpful, they went above and beyond for us. All the ladies in the restaurant so kind and friendly. The location ideal surrounded by lovely restaurants, and transport to all attractions just around the corner, and all within walking distance also. Room was spotless and the shower was heavenly. Breakfast was lovely and all you can eat. We would 100 per cent recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely go back again.

Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I have called and emailed multiple times to resolve a minor issue with my booking to no avail. The lack of compassion & flexibility has left a sour taste.. A little customer service goes a long way and poor customer service can ruin a trip. Based on my experience so far, my advice would be to avoid. For the hotel: happy to provide an update/edit on my review if you can provide an update regarding my booking. (I tried multiple times to change a booking, NOT to be refunded, despite the booking being 7 months away, to a date where you still have availability and I also offered to pay any difference in the prices. If I only paid a deposit you would be more than happy to accommodate me but the fact I have already paid for the full stay means that you no longer care since you have taken my money. This shows what you truly care about €€€€€€€€€ and not your customers)

Very helpful and accommodating regarding booking, quick to respond. Room was nice as it was newly refurbished, although the air con didn’t work. The staff were lovely always said hello and were very accommodating. Breakfast good value for money. Not to mention the great location near central Rome, perfect for walking around the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
