        We chose this Hotel mostly because of the announced parking. When we arrived we learned that the advertised hotel parking is at another hotel far away but also cost 30 euros extra for the night. Besides bed isn't comfortable, everything is this Hotel is low quality. The only positive point is the good Location, I won't recommend it at all.

        I know there's a better room than I have, service and stuff very good. Location is Ideal - 🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟 but one thing I didn't like, the hotel is 2 stars rate but too expensive, breakfast doesn't includes fresh vegetables or salad - something you should think of. Thanks for a great stay in Porto

        Not all the staff are friendly. Most of them are not. The hotel room is very simple, but this is not a problem. The real problem is there was water leaking from the ceiling, it was dropping on my iPad and iPhone. As result, my Apple Pencil stop working. They gave me another room, but in the new room the bathroom had bad pipes, and it was flooding the whole room. So yeah, I’m not sure if I could recommend this hotel

        Not all the staff are friendly. Most of them are not. The hotel room is very simple, but this is not a problem.         They have mold and mildew issues. Literally within 10 minutes of being in the hotel my throat was burning. 2 stars for service because they did try to offer me alternative rooms, but all the rooms had the same mold/mildew smell. I had to find another hotel to stay at for the 4 days I was in Porto, and Paulista refused to give me any kind of refund. Just go find a hotel at the other side of the river, or by the airport. Porto's public transit is very convenient, and there are cheaper options in (arguably) nicer locations.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
