I paid 90€ to spend a night in this hotel they gave me a room telling me it was a special room,not always available for booking only for some occasions.I entered the room well there was quite nothing special about it.was told windows were sealed but I could hear easily all the noise down on the street even with windows shut.room heat was satisfying and there was a TV with small screen size just attached to ceiling yes to the ceiling, I wanted to watch sky channel but couldn't find it so I turned it off.I had to extend for another night but this time they told me the price was 180€ while one of the staff did a favor for me asking to reduce it to 150€ and not even breakfast is included they told me they don't offer it any more!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ND TIME IN THIS HOTEL I am sure there are plenty more places in Milan where you can really enjoy your stay.

Mattress was terribly uncomfortable, the rooms smelled like bleach, we had to keep all the windows open because the chemical odor was so strong. The showers pressure was also barely strong enough to wash hair. This hotel is VERY economy level, it’s worth spending the extra money to get a nicer place.

I believe most of the reviews to be true. Rooms : They're mostly clean although old-ish. The bathrooms are tiny (as in, you can't unfold your legs when seated on the toilet), and have a strong smell of chemical disinfectant. The WIFI works well, the rooms are cleaned every day. Location : Perfect as well. 20 mins walk away from the very center, in a good neighborhood, with ttamways and bus nearby. Lots of restaurants and snacking too. Staff : Always kind, welcoming, and courteous. Huge point for welcoming guests on a 24/7 basis, even at 2 AM, as was my situation. All in all : Okay for a few days stay.

This hotel has an excellent location and the staff seem to be very friendly, the center is easily reachable by bus or even walking. The rooms are equipped with hairdryer, television, heating and air conditioning. The showers are in good condition and the water works well both hot and cold. The only thing I didn't like is that the furniture is a bit old and makes a lot of noise and the noises from the adjacent rooms are easily heard. I would stay again

The rooms looked a little old. However it was a comfortable stay. Everything was nearly arranged. You've to pay 4 euros per person as a tourist tax. If you're one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
