Our family spent 3 days here at the end of our European vacation. This hotel was excellent! The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants, Christmas activities, and shopping. We were able to walk to everything from the hotel. The service at the hotel was THE BEST! My 11 year old daughter left her iPad at the hotel when we traveled back home to the USA. They were very helpful in getting it back to her! Thank you so much Hotel Opera team!!!

Very central with Opera metro station and a taxi rank just round the corner. Very good breakfast and very helpfull staff. They kept our bags until the room was ready and even sent us an email once the room was available. Was also able to book a taxi back to the airport through reception. Rooms were good with no sound from the street coming in. Very comfortable bed. Very happy with my experience.

Other than the location, I can't convince myself that this is a 4-star hotel. Firstly the door frame looked like it was falling off and potentially easy to pry open. It certainly didn't feel secured there. Each time someone opens their door, it felt like our door was going to open too. The previous guests probably got so frustrated with the hotel that he/she attempted to yank the tap out? 😑 Cos when we arrived, it was already dropping off. The toilet bowl was also placed too closed to the wall that you can't actually sit straight on it. You will have to sit at an angle. Hair dryer was also spoilt. I didn't bother asking them for a new one as on another occasion I tried asking for water and they told me to drink from the tap very unempathetically. The fridge also had some black stains in there and wasn't even cold. More like a chiller than a fridge maybe. Overall the hotel needs an overhaul for the rooms and perhaps the staff needs some training too as we didn't feel very welcomed there given that this was the only hotel in this trip that didn't greet us when we walked in/ out each day. Why didn't we ask for a change of room or just not stay there? We just took it in our stride as we arrived on the day before new year's eve and figured that it's our bad luck to get assigned such a room/ misled by the good reviews to have chosen it. For the price we paid, it was not worth it and we will definitely not be back.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Opera in Madrid for two nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and Mercado de San Miguel. It is also close to many famous restaurants, such as Botín. The hotel is a beautiful building with a grand lobby and elegant rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, a large bathroom, and a balcony with views of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, and sausages. Ignacio and Rafael at the front desk and Sarah from the breakfast restaurant were very welcoming and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay at the Hotel Opera. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Madrid, and we would definitely recommend it to others. PS. We loved it so much that we stayed 2 more nights before ending our Spanish sojourn. May Bien!!!

Lovely hotel in a quiet and peaceful location with very little traffic. An easy walk to most attractions. Service great and breakfast on point too. Would recommend and definitely use again if in Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
