I recently had a delightful stay at Piazza. The impeccable service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, while the hotel's central location made exploring the area a breeze. The staff's warm hospitality and eagerness to assist added a personal touch to my experience. I highly recommend Piazza for a memorable and indulgent stay.

only thing good was location and separate beds, they didn't ask to clean breakfast didnt look good at all, there were no services offer nothing extra from reception, they werent too welcoming it was literally only beds to sleep in for us, and there was construction too, definitely wont stay again but its ok for 2 days. they were kind enough to reduce one day from booking even though it was non refundable when our flight got cancelled so i gave it 1 star for service extra

Hotel is centrally located, have nice views of Churches, Matsminda Park and Narikala Fortress (Upper Floors). A beautiful Mtvari River Cruise is nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming (9 Dec to 24 Dec 2023). Good breakfast starting 8.30 am to fuel oneself for the day. Breakfast at hotel is recommended as Tbilisi does not wake up until 10 am.

The hotel is very nice and very near to everything. The room that we stayed on was a bit bigger than expected. The breakfast, though simple but was really nice and the main dishes were always different every morning. The location of the hotel is very near to everything like the restaurants, supermarkets, local market, metro station and the Peace of Bridge. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. One thing i would recommend, i would suggest if they can install bidet in bathroom since most of their guests are tourist.

Good location, but the hotel needs some work to be good. Couldn't eat anything from breakfast. Supposed to be 24/7 reception, when I arrived a person was sleeping in the entrance coach and did not wake up at first. A bit disappointed.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
