        The location of the hotel is very good but there are so many things that should be improved! The space of the room is really too small that you only can seat over the bed and any other movement is quite hard! Also the room temperature was awful. It was too cold even when we turn the air conditioner on and set the temperature to 30!!! An other issue is that you are not allowed to have food inside your room! Moreover there is no water boiler or microwave.

        Good place to Base yourselves if you are our and about all day. Rooms have everything you need good bed hot water and a mini fridge with drinks in. may be just a British thing but a kettle would have been good. Good breakfast provided all though small dinning area. Nice touch in the evening they provide wine and nibbles from 6 to 8. would decently come back again

        Don't expect much when getting a room. Do however expect, spacious and very clean rooms, good quality breakfast, helpfull and kind staff members and amazing WiFi. In short, you get a lot for a low price. Nevertheless, there are a couple downsides. The reception/front desk is in a seperate building 50 meters down the road (not a bad thing unless you don't like walking). And there's not much room for hanging clothes or jackets. So either don't bring a lot of clothes or keep them in your suitcase. Also you are very close to a main road so at night there might be some noise. Overal a nice and good experience, perfect for a couple of nights!

        It's clean and cozy. Who loves Rome knows that all the buildings in the center have specific sized rooms, but the double room is pretty small even for one person. And no view. But the three stars are for the distance to the center and for sure in Rome is better to enjoy the city than the hotel room !

        Negatives: 1. The room was average but the bed cover smell of cigarette and the bed sheet though looked clean was causing my skin to itch. I had to keep the windows open every night as the smell was disturbing me. That would be the only reason I would not come back. That smell was just not right. 2. The bathroom is small but clean. The bathtube had small patch of rust on it. The shower and shampoo branded RO Hotels smell so cheap. The Aqua brand is better. 3. The closet has a bad smell. could be the cigarette or just plain old smell. At some point I was looking for bugs...although I was told rooms were non smoking...which I've requested. Positives: 1. Reception is at hotel caravaggio around the corner. Killy, Mido at the reception were very helpful and polite. Killy gave my husband and I five '10cents' on our arrival to use for the lift. That saved us the hassle of looking for cents on arrival. On our departure as well reception staff organised our transfer to fco airport for 50euros. 2. Good location of the hotel. Supermarket across on National road and round the corner. A few restaurant down at the hotel too. We walked to colosseo, about 20mins. Very close to republica metro station. 3. Joanna is the lady who does the housekeeping and arrange breakfast. She is a star. Every morning she made sure I was happy with the room and the cleaning. She did a great job. I did not have the heart to tell her about the smell on the bed covers. 4. The antique lift with 10c is so much fun. 5. Breakfast was fine. Perhaps banana would be a good option.
