i had low expectations after reading some negative reviews but most of them turned out to be untrue at least for me. the hotel is comfortable, quiet and beautifully designed. the rooms were spacious - great for those with big luggages - and were fitted with all the necessary amenities. staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and proactive. we even had a meal in the restaurant Petit Pierre and found the food and service incredible. it is also located in a fairly quiet part of the city, so noise was never an issue. just an overall pleasant stay! only minor criticism i have is about the breakfast. not the best i've had but not terrible enough - you can absolutely enjoy a meal before ur day starts with the breakfast buffet!

I found the staff charming, respectful, helpful and friendly. If you expect subservience you're in the wrong country - the staff take great pride in their hospitality, but they will not be condescended to or pushed around, which I suspect may have happened with the other reviewers. We spent two days in the junior suite, and received excellent service throughout. Rooms were clean, they provided excellent recommendations for local food and drink, and they went above and beyond for us, giving clear advice on navigating the city. Charming place, good prices, excellent staff, comfortable beds. Don't expect a resort, it is a boutique hotel in a prime location in Milan. You are within walking distance of the Duomo and some of the best nightlife and restaurants in Milan. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for your welcome, we will be back when we visit Milan again!

Avoid, This is not really a “5 star” hotel. With 5 star you have high expectations, this hotel has nice decor but in terms of customer service and facilities it is more worthy of a 3 star hotel. The receptionist barely spoke English and showed little courtesy or welcoming. Our room was not cleaned on the first day, they just took our towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows were shallow and not puffy. The bathroom door is made of glass! Which is misted but you can still see the silhouette of someone inside doing their business which is so bizarre and off putting. The breakfast was bland and not diverse as you would expect from a 5 star. A waitress had her earphones on collecting plates which was very unaccommodating. The only positive was the decor and the bed was quite comfortable. The receptionist didn’t even ask how our stay was so putting it all here.

Do not come to this hotel. You are better off finding somewhere else to lodge. Service is extremely poor. Rooms aren't cleaned on time. Staff has poor energy and attitude. Food is very mediocre. Inconsiderate of people's time. No help with bags. Front desk doesn't pay attention to connecting apartment entry to let you in the building. Walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallway. Dried blood on bed sheets. Very dusty room. AC went out in a guests room. And the surrounding area has an odor and is full of graffiti. This hotel has completely ruined my experience here in Milan. Nice decor but that's all you get. Don't let the the pretty pictures on the site fool you.

Excellent Hotel , very clean and quiet , great staff in the reception and the restaurant Great breakfast 😍👍 Location very close to duomo , just walk 10 minutes I highly recommend this hotel to every one

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
