Situated in a lively area with lots of trendy bars and restaurants, this eclectic hotel instantly feels like home. Staff are friendly and professional and you can enjoy a drink or some food in the ground floor restaurant. A la carte breakfast is delicious. Top floor rooms with a terrace offer a splendid view on the KMSK museum (definitely worth a visit too). Book here if you’re looking for something different, not too big, cosy and beautifully decorated.

Excellent food for a decent price. Hotel Pilar is a wonderful restaurant located on the Antwerp South, in view of the Museum of Fine Arts. They serve up modernised versions of classic dishes, interspersed with more contemporary plates, to be shared or enjoyed individually. Alongside it their menu yields a good selection of natural and conventional wines. Their cocktail options are well thought out and balanced. Overall a perfectly planned, prepared and located spot with gorgeous outside seating in summer too. As a bonus, they have many seats so dropping by on the off chance you’ll have a spot is very likely! Although for groups of more than 4 I’d definitely recommend booking.

Breakfast at Hotel Pilar is an absolute oasis and the best possible start anyone could wish for! The location is great and the team super friendly. We stayed with our children in a grande suite, which was very roomy and doesn't feel anything like your standard hotel room. Worth knowing: Not all rooms have windows that can actually be opened, but the airing system did a great job.

I just visited the city and stumbled across the restaurant and the food and service was amazing. Great vibes too. Thank you again to the bartender who was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
