        I recently stayed here, the rooms were plain with all your basic needs & the balcony, for me, was a bonus. The staff were lovely & very helpful particularly Alessandro 😊 However there were a few bad points: • This hotel is SUPER noisy all the time! Through no fault of the staff/owner. The guests staying in nearby rooms were practically shouting & we heard what sounded like chairs being constantly dragged around. There were coaches dropping people off right outside (they were so loud!) & sometimes the cleaners were loud also (using hoovers). At one point someone knocked our door at 7am! We have no idea who or why!? I found it super hard to sleep/stay asleep. • The Wifi was TERRIBLE. We tried two different connections & it just kept cutting off! This was frustrating because we already couldn't use our TV. • The TV had no other language choice to my knowledge which was disappointing. • There were two of us staying yet there was only one chair on the balcony & they had no ashtrays to accommodate for smokers. • The restaurant food was DISGUSTING in my opinion. We had a few meals here & didn't enjoy any of it. I've never seen boiled eggs with green yolks. (Maybe we're just used to our own food). • Upon checking out we were asked to pay another fee AFTER already paying for our stay. The hotel staff explained it was city tax & it was the law/set by the council? Not that it was their fault but this was frustrating & expensive! (an extra £50 approximately). With all this being said, the staff were the highlight of our stay & all-round it was OK 😊

        Despite not the best reviews, we booked this accommodation and I have to say that most of the reviews for this hotel are really true. We didn't mind the distance to the center. The room equipment was fine, new and clean. The hotel staff was nice. Unfortunately, you can hear a terrible noise from the adjacent rooms and the corridor. Someone from the hotel staff escorted us to the room at 6 in the morning. The breakfast is terribly poor - for the fact that it is presented as a 4* hotel, the breakfast relates to 1*. At the end of the stay, we were charged an increase in tax (the fee is 30 euros higher than it should have been). I understand that this is not a regulation of the hotel, but they should have warned us about it sooner.

        The hotel is decent with its basic facility. Staffs are very helpful especially Matteo who helped us in explaining very well the destinations. Our room is clean. The hotel is quite distant from the city but is good for us couple who wants adventure. I feel safe staying in this place.

        The Hotel desperately needs a deep clean and renovation. The bed is rock hard as is the pillows. Corridors are noisy and the air conditioner didn’t work. The cleaning is dreadful, tiled floor had food on it that hadn’t been mopped. Toilet didn’t flush properly and no bath mat or hand towel supplied. The mould around the taps and grout is disgusting. The shower head didn’t work properly so we asked for a plug for the bath tub. After waiting for 2 hours we gave up and finally decided on the shower that you had to hold the whole time. Staff at breakfast were snappy however the reception desk staff were helpful and friendly. Positive - shuttle provided by hotel to the local metro. Room positive - spacious and had a small balcony
