I unfortunately, was only able to stay one night out of a 3 night stay due to travel problems. But this hotel is a true find in Zurich. Sigi and team are thoughtful, helpful and have created a beautiful hotel with simple and clean design in one of the best parts of Zurich. I will never stay at a chain hotel while I am there again. Also, the sushi downstairs is outstanding!

If you want to get a wonderful view on the city and surrounding areas this hotel is the best. Clean, super safe, modern, comfortable bed (you will get tow charging adapter with bed 😍👌🏽), perfect breakfast menu, easy and fast check in. The staff welcoming you every time with smile and they are well aware and professional. Special thanks to miss Sigi for the wonderful support and kindness. Definitely I will back here for my next visit to Zurich ❤️

We got a very clean and neat room, full of sustainable, but high quality amenities (including bamboo toothbrushes). The location is just inside the old time, so parking or even dropping off can be tricky if you are arriving by car. Also the room is a bit small and the window quite small (so limited sunlight).

One of my favorite hotels in Zurich. Reasonably priced, right in Altstadt (old town) in the pedestrian area, ideal for a quick getaway. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room was very nice, fairly large and with a very nice view on the square and one of the Weinachtsmarkt (Xmas market)

Easy walk from train station. Just off waterfront in nice area of outdoor bars and restaurants. Room was recently refurbished, very large and clean. Reception by host was first class. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
