        Arrived , guy at reception tried to charge us city tax (which we.d paid already when we booked)Room seemed spacious and even looked clean at first glance. No blankets on bed,only thin quilt and one pillow each..on closer inspection,I doubt any but most superficial cleaning had been done- or any hoovering whatsoever under bed for a long time,evidence being bits of dried food,other unidentifiable objects,as well as a used tampon ,embedded in a thick layer of dust..grouting in the bathroom was black with mould in places,neither sink nor bath had a plug,showerhead filthy,towels ragged,and whole room generally looking tired and worn..two of the staff didn't try ever so hard to find replacement bath plug,whereas a third one seemed very helpful,located one and even offered a free drink as compensation..contrary to photos on website,there is no breakfast available- breakfast room not been in use for some time. Ok for a cheap one night stay maybe, if it wasn't for late night noise from other rooms it might even be quiet..overall ,the place is very run down as well as pretty dirty in places..and nobody seems to care very much.. didn't feel like putting anything in the safe ,as didn't trust it. WiFi did not extend to our room,only worked in hallway.. Avoid unless cash strapped and desperate!

        DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Stay at the Ibis or Toyoko or any other hotel in the area. The room was freezing cold and there was no one at reception to help!!! When I spoke to the desk clerk in the morning, the first thing out of his mouth was ‘what do you want me to do about it’ he offered no apology, told me he has no authority to do anything and basically implied it was my fault for not checking the heat. This was a terrible experience. There’s a reason it’s the cheapest hotel in the area! The only benefit is it’s located near the train station.

        it was so clean to room and bathroom.Employees kind and interested.Location is centre of the city. You can reach to every fav location just for walk from this hotel. Also price was the best! Thanks to Plaza team.

        Good location with 8 mins walk from train station. We booked room for 3 people. We arrived early morning, luckily, we can check in early. It was a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. Value for money.
